The weekend that was

As some of you may be aware, Paul, our slap bass player, was taken ill recently and was only discharged for hospital on Thursday of last week. In true muso spirit, despite not being fully fit, he was able to play on some numbers at our gigs over the weekend.

Phil from Hang Loose, an old friend of the band, was on hand to dep for Paul as and when needed and we’d like to thank Phil very much for all his help, especially as it meant he missed seeing ‘X-Factor’ and ‘I’m a celebrity get me out of here’ on Saturday night!

We’re sure that, like us, you’ll all want to wish Paul a full and speedy recovery.
