Gig update: Goffy’s Bar in Dunstable

Goffy’s Bar, Dunstable

This coming Saturday, 29th October 2011, is the date of our first visit to Goffy’s Bar in Dunstable which is located here.

It is our first outing there, so if you can come along and lend your support it’d be greatly appreciated. The more the merrier and all that!

Proceedings will kick off from around 9pm and there is a bar (as you can probably tell by the name of the venue) that’s limited only by the size of your overdraft!

Just for Kicks at Hitchin Conservative Club

This blog has been fairly quiet of late as things have been very busy behind the scenes at JFK towers. More details will surface in future blog posts so hit the links below to make sure you don’t miss out.

Hitchin Conservative Club

For various reasons we had to rearrange the gig originally scheduled for 15th October 2011, however things have changed since then which meant that this date was then up for grabs again. As a result, we are now returning to play another gig at Hitchin Conservative Club on that date.

The club is located in Sun Street in Hitchin, all are welcome and proceedings commence from 9pm.

Gig update: The Bell, Codicote

The Bell, Codicote

Next Saturday’s gig on 3rd September 2011 which was scheduled to be at The Globe in Codicote will now be held at The Bell instead so if you’re coming from the direction of Hitchin to see us then you won’t have quite so far to drive. Admission is free and we start playing from around 9pm.

If everything I’ve written above makes no sense at all to you, then you need to check out this location map.

If you haven’t been to see us for a while, then you may be interested to know that, following a period of intense rehearsal, we’ve recently introduced some new material into the set. If you want to know more then you’ll have to come and see us or wait for a future post on our website, but just to give you an idea, they include songs originally released by The Coasters and Johnny Restivo amongst others.
